We taste tested 8 dealers Joe’s Granolas and have classified them-which has won
We tried every dealer Joes Muesli we could get into our hands and classified them. Our favorite is organically roasted coconut masts, but the runner -up was quite a surprise for us.
I always have muesli in my pantry like many busy people who want breakfast or snack quickly. As much as I prefer Make my muesliSometimes I am pushed for the time where the stuff bought in the shop comes into play. Of course there are many different grocery stores where you can buy Granola, but because some of my colleagues are die-hard traders JOS fans, we recently decided to try every single TJS Granola in the New York region in the areas of suburban and metropolitan store. Then we tried them all and put them in order, from the one we would have at any time to the one that is probably pressed onto the back of our storage chambers. Why did we do that? Because that’s exactly the kind of crazy people we are – and because we hope that it will help you restrict the options from your local dealer Joe.
Since we classified these granolas, we didn’t try them blindly as we normally do for our taste tests. However, we tried them in a random order, with each taster in a different order to avoid the fatigue of the palate distorted the results. After we had cracked with eight different granolas, we tabbed the results and developed our definitive ranking.
Reservation: As every dealer Joe’s Shopper knows, what is in stock varies from shop to shop, season to season and all other moods from TJS that we are not familiar with. Before you ask why we have not tried the variety of Supercrunchynutty you love, we know that we did our best to collect as many as possible. So, without further ado, the ranking, from the back-of-the-ladry to pride on our yogurt and in our snack baggies.
8. Very berry muesli
Our editors are tolerated that this muesli is filled with dried blueberries and strawberries. It is nice and crispy, but a little too sweet for our editors who found a little overwhelming for a breakfast flakes.
7. Chocolate -Peanut -Butter -Müsli
Our senior social media editor, KelliIt liked that it could taste both the chocolate as well as the peanut butter and our visual editor. Jessiemay not be too sweet. “I can eat it, almost want it,” our editorial director, Danielnoticeably noticed. Chocolate lovers Note: There are chocolate chunks here!
6. Muesli with chocolate coffee -aroma
The combination of chocolate and coffee is a classic, and many of our editors love it. “Beautiful and chocolatey,” I wrote in my tasting notes. The coffee is very weak; There is only one hint. “Although I wish that this muesli was more coffee forward, others agreed.” Very cocoa, not a lot of coffee, but I agree, “Kelli noticed.
5. Only the cluster Maple-Pekannuss-Müsli
“Not very cute, which is not a bad thing”, our associated culinary editor, Thermaliaobserved. Our editors were divided whether this tasted more like real or artificial maple syrup: Jessie thought that the muesli had the taste of natural maple syrup, while Kelli thought it tasted “weakly in front of fake maple syrup”. The list of ingredients shows that the muesli contains both maple syrup and natural flavors. It is therefore possible that both Jessie and Kelli are correct and that in addition to a real maple syrup there is also a Maple mim and aroma. Both Associate Visuals Director, AmandaAnd I found this muesli a touch too sweet, but I enjoyed the smettiness of the pecans.
4. Almond butter muesli
If you love crispy muesli with big clusters, this is the muesli for you. Almost all of our tasters commented on how big the clusters are. “The clusters are huge,” I inspired. “This could be the crispy muesli I’ve ever eaten,” wrote Kelli. Although Laila couldn’t taste the almond butter, Daniel thought that it had a strong almond taste: “Very almond, really almond taste!”
3. Only the cluster vanilla -Mandel -Müsli
This was far from Amanda’s favorite muesli. “Look when I will be a basic cereal girl, I will be the most fundamental of the basics,” she wrote. Like Amanda, Laila enjoyed this muesli. “Very cute, very vanilla forward,” she noticed. “Don’t taste like ‘healthy’ muesli, but the vanilla taste that is artificial – is strangely pleasant. I would eat it.”
2. Granola
Surprise! Our runner -up is … granular muesli! “Oh, that’s good,” enthused Daniel. “Very coconut, nutty, roasted, delicious, good salt dishes. Like Daniel, I was a fan of how good the muesli is salty and estimated that it was not too sweet. I also liked that it has reasonable clusters in a reasonable size-but not so big that they injure and a lot of coconut. Amanda agreed:” That is, “she wrote.
1. Bio roasted coconut masts
“I think I love coconut in my muesli,” wrote Amanda. Apparently all of our editors do: Daniel and I gave him both enthusiastic reviews. “Nice indication of salt! Not too sweet. This is the only balanced muesli so far,” I noticed. Similarly, Laila enjoyed the saltiness of muesli and the varied textures of crispy corn flakes, coconut chips, almonds and Sprouted quinoa.
