In summer I would like to enjoy spicy foods with an ice -cold beer, a cool glass of wine or a frosty cocktail. Since I am the piped before I prefer finger food and small bites – I can quickly put the heat together with one of the above -mentioned drinks between the swallows, which is why these nine spicy shrimp recipes are completely my jam.

First, they are easy to whip and do not need a long list of ingredients. Some, such as Goong Pad Nam Nam Prik Pao (Thai stirring shrimp with Chile jam) and Ebi no Chirisōsu (Japanese shrimp in Chile sauce), rely on cozy spices to make heavy lifting. The best of everything is that you can choose the heat level up or down for your spice tolerance-go ahead and throw in a few more bird-eyes chili (seeds and everything) if you like things fiery. And don’t be surprised if you let the last piece of sauce lick from your plate and fingers in these dishes!
