My honest evaluation of the Exploremores cookies of the Girl Scouts
I like rocky road ice cream for its decadent chocolate aromas and delicious mixes. However, it is a little difficult to go through marshmallow flavors without using the actual marshmallows.
In the Exploremores, the Marshmallow taste of chocolate and almond in the crème is quite overwhelmed. I almost wish that the crème itself would only be marshmallow and almond taste instead of adding chocolate, since the cookies with chocolate taste are also.
Apart from that, the almond rush seems to be good, and the chocolate certainly does the trick. I felt that the cookies were a little too soft and almost stale. I like a biscuit with a bite – which is why I usually choose a crispy thin mint (especially from the freezer) or a crispy Samoa.
I don’t think the new Exploremores will dethrone my favorite -scout cookies this season, but I think chocolate fans will enjoy these pampering cookies.
