The remaining ingredients include DijonnaiseA mixture of Dijon mustard and mayonnaise, tomatoes and a little more mayonnaise for a good measure. The dijonnaise, the truthahn, the Swiss cheese and ham go on half of the sandwich, and the other half includes mayonnaise, roast beef, tomato and cathedral cheese.

The sandwich is not too dry or too damp, and it is a great size that you can extend in two meals when your role is large.
