If you are ready to cook you, remove the weighted tray, distribute another tablespoon of Tafini cream over the top of each croissants and sprinkle them with sesame seeds. Bake for 12-14 minutes until it is golden. Leave too crispy for 10 minutes, dust generously with sugar crystal and serve. Every remaining Tafini cream stays in the fridge for a week.
