Here, roasted pistachios with garlic, parsley, lemon peel and a lot of salt are combined to make a crispy, powerful topping that takes this simple pasta too great. The pasta has broken -out -ended tomatoes, garlic and olive oil, a seasonal dish that really emphasizes the pistachio topping. If you don’t find Sun Gold tomatoes, use small cherry or grapes. Although you don’t have the same striking gold color, you will be plenty of delicious.
