How to prepare tofu for cooking

If you want to make an extra crispy tofu, it is worth pressing it before cooking. This helps to improve the texture because it removes excess water. You can use a Tofu press or simply cover with the kitchen roll and put it with a heavy pan or a book.

How to cook tofu

  1. Start your tofu first, then wrap it into the kitchen roll or a tea towel and press with a heavy object. Deliver about 20 minutes
  2. Make a spice mix with cornflour, peppers, salt and pepper

How to store cooked tofu
