  • Collect ingredients. Heat the oven to 220 degrees C to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

  • Stir the flour, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and Italian spice in a bowl. Stir in the yogurt until the mixture forms a shaggy dough.

  • Transfer the dough to a well -painted work surface. Cards them to mostly smooth, 3 to 4 minutes. If necessary, add additional flour to 1 teaspoon at once to prevent dough from being too sticky.

  • Bake until the knots are slightly browned, about 15 minutes.

  • In the meantime, whip butter, oil, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of salt in a small bowl.

  • Brush the breastfeeding heat with butter mixture and sprinkle with scaly salt. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Store chilled knots in an airtight container at room temperature of up to 2 days.
