Roll a semi-mounted sheet on a clean work surface for rollers and shape it into an 8×12-inch right-handed.

Banana puree and evenly combined the butter in a small bowl. Spread the butter mixture evenly on the semi-mone dough and leave a 1/4-inch edge along the longer side.

Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small bowl; Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the banana mixture. Sprinkle evenly with chopped walnuts.

Roll the dough tightly and carefully to form a protocol, starting with the longer side that is closest to you. Carefully press the seam to seal.

Cut the dough protocol into 9 slices, approx. 1/4-inch thickness. Arrange the slices, cut the side down, approx. 1/2 inch from the prepared baking pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until it is golden brown, about 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and let it rest in the baking pan.

In the meantime, beat cream cheese and butter together with an electric mixer at medium speed for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the sugar and vanilla extract of the sweetness; Beat until after 1 minute.
