Do you hate cleaning your mixer? This simple method does not require scrubbing

When I tell people how much I love mixerI am often hit with groans. While some people do not primarily want to pull out the device, the biggest complaint that I hear is that Blender is simply too annoying to clean. You have to get the sides, the outlet and deep into the corners and angles around the blade without cutting yourself, and then take care of tamp and lid. You could shake the mixer’s glass and the other parts into the dishwasher, but this does not always remove the residues of the closure and if you use the dry setting on your dishwasher, risk the gunk even more firmly to the blender. Fortunately, there is a simple, foolproof way to thoroughly clean your blender – and it does not include scrubbing.

Like many home chefs, I scrubbed my blender by hand. When I cooked professionally, one of my colleagues showed me an easy way to clean up a mixer: After using it, simply fill it with water and a drop or two of the shoring soap, cover the mixer with the lid and the freech and then switch it on at a medium high speed. It is like a court -like smoothie: the blades will flo around the soap water and effectively clean the side of the mixer and every blade. As soon as you are finished, simply rinse your mixer with clean water and let it dry – no scrubs required.

Remember that this works best after using the mixer. If you leave the remains of a smoothie, dough or soup for too long, this will inevitably dry out so that the mixer makes cleaning more difficult. Yes, it’s a simple tip, but if you still clean your mixer in an old -fashioned way, you save time and frustration. This trick makes mixer cleaning so easy that I don’t think about making one twice Peanut butter -banana -moothie On a busy morning or gazpacho For a dinner a week.
