Dark chocolate flax bark recipe
This bark is our new favorite pleasure in the afternoon. The magic is in the linseed: If you swell and plump in hot water, give a starchy gel that is the key to holding the base in the oven. The result is etheric light and fragile crispy. Crowned with a scratching layer of dark chocolate, the roasted nuts and airy freezer -dried fruits as well as a bright dust made of scaly sea salt possible to hold on to everyone. It is the ideal balance between sweet, salty and crispy. In addition, the flax and sunflower seeds offer an important source for fiber, protein and antioxidants. You can create a large batch, break it up and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator to go to a snack if you need a pick-me-up.
