Coconut rice with a shrimp recipe
In the meantime, combine the lime juice, the sugar, the soy sauce and the oyster sauce in a small bowl. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Stir in the garlic and ginger and cook for 2-3 minutes until it smells. Tip in the broccoli, pepper and shrimp. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the shrimp are brought through and the vegetables are tender. Drizzle into the sauce and stir well to combine. Serve with the coconut curry rice and scatter the coriander over the top.
