Caramel apple -Zim -Rollen Recipe
Mix the milk and water together in a glass measuring cup. Microwave mixture until it reaches 105 to 115 degrees F (40 to 46 degrees C), 30 to 60 seconds.
2 cups of flour, sugar, yeast and salt in the bowl of a blender with the paddle attachment. Add eggs, melted butter and milk mixture. Beat together at low speed. Beat at high speed for 15 seconds. Switch to the dough hook attachment. Add the remaining 2 cups of flour, 1/2 cup at once, mix until a soft dough forms and withdraw from the sides of the bowl from 3 to 5 minutes – the stand is sticky. Put the dough in a slightly greased bowl and turn around. Cold, covered until the dough is easy to handle, at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
Fat 2 (9 inches) round cake pans or 2 (8 inches) square baking pans. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl; set aside. Keep down the dough. Share the dough into two halves. Roll part of the dough on a slightly painted surface into a 6×16-inch right-handed. When dough returns when rolling, cover and let them rest for 5 to 10 minutes, try again. Spread 1/3 cup of caramel sauce over a rolled out dough area; Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon sugar and apples.
Roll the dough on a long side to form a protocol. Clamp the seam to seal. Cut the dough into 8 (2-inch thickness) pieces. Roles, cut the pages into one of the prepared pans. Repeat this with the remaining dough, a 1/3 cup of caramel sauce, cinnamon sugar and apples. Let the rolls climb up in a warm place until about 30 minutes are twice as large.
Heat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Bake the roles in the preheated oven, until 20 to 24 minutes are golden brown. Let cool in a pan on a rust for 10 minutes. Drizzle rolls with 1/2 cup of caramel sauce and serve warm.
