Black bean and aniSuppe with cherry tomatoes & chorizo crisp
Heat a medium -sized baking pan over high heat and turn the heat onto medium and add the butter. When the butter looks, add onion, celery, star anis and salt. Let it boil for 10 minutes until they are soft and then stir in the garlic, chipotle, oregano and ancho-chili flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes to soften the garlic in the black beans before stirring.
