Kitchenaid Artisan 5KSM125 stand mixer
Available by Amazon (£ 399)Present Kitchenaid (£ 449)
Every bake -off fan that is worth its salt Kenwood Kmix also appeared in some episodes.
Regardless of whether it strikes the cake batter, kneading bread dough or giving protein for meringue, the handcrafted blender is known for its powerful engine and its consistent performance. It is available in an attractive color palette, with slim pistachios (see illustration above) my favorite. Our team also put this model to the test that you can read about in our reading Kitchenaid 5KSM125 Rating.
It is delivered with a 4.8-liter bowl, although the spectators of eagle eyes from Episode 1 also discovered Kitchenaid’s Glass mixwhich is compatible with the medium -sized inclination head mixers of the brand.

Schwan Nordic digital microwave
Available by Amazon (£ 99)
A microwave Probably not the first device that you would think of when baking, but this colorful swan model was a staple in the baking tent in the past seasons – used for tasks such as melting butter and chocolate.
It is available in five matt colors. The curved design and the wood effect surfaces make this device a clear outstanding look. It also delivers well in terms of performance, and when our team tested it in the kitchen for good food test, we found the controls simple and intuitive.

Dualit hand blender
Available by Amazon (£ 74.47)Present Dualit (£ 84.99)
The dualite Hand mixer Since the first day there has been a feature of the back -off tent, and you will see how the bakers use it to beat, beat and knead smaller mixtures and dough that does not need the greater capacity of a blender. In fact, it was probably one of the most frequently used devices in Episode 1 of this series (Cake Week).
Personally, I love the retro aesthetics and the chrome -plated exterior, but if this look is not for you, metallic red, copper and cream are also available. There are only four speed settings, but everyone packs a blow, and at the highest speed this mixer flies – ideal if you are in a tight period of time, as the bakers are normally.

If the clock ticks (something with which the bakers are too familiar with), a kitchen machine is a must to quickly do kitchen tasks-chop, chop vegetables, mix sauce, make cheese or make a quick dough.
The Magimix 4200XL is another basic food of the back tent. After using this model in the kitchen of the good food test, I can understand why. It will also be a familiar sight for long -time fans of the show, and it is known for its timeless appearance and robust design. KitchenCraft Taylor Pro Digital Dual platform scales
Available by Amazon (£ 22.21)
Baking is an exact science, which means a good group of Scales Is a must. If your recipe contains too much ingredient, your cake can sink or your dough cannot rise what a catastrophe can mean in baking from the tent.
In previous series of the show, the bakers used a series of scales from the Salter brand. A few years ago, however, these were exchanged with Taylor Pro Digital Kitchen Scales from KitchenCraft, which have two platforms – one for larger quantities such as flour and one for smaller quantities such as yeast.
Although I haven’t tested these exact scales, I tried it Ooni double platform digital scales And can guarantee the usefulness of a dual platform facility. At £ 50, the ooni scales are more expensive, but can work on larger quantities (up to 10 kg compared to the KitchenCraft scales with a maximum of 5 kg).

Greenpan Valencia Pro 11-piece Pan set
Available by Amazon (£ 356.47)
Several Pan Sets I have released Bake Off over the years of Procok and Le Creuset, but in Episode 1 of this series the pans came unmistakably from Greenpan – on the same way Valencia per range (now only available in the USA). The bakers used a variety of sizes in the first week when they made jams, caramels and curd cheese for their cakes.
Alternative, Greenpan’s Copenhagen pans (Only available in Great Britain) are similar to those in the Valencia area jewelry that has a Pfa-free ceramic that did not stand and a robust aluminum core and a slim stainless steel handle.

Wüsthof classic 7-piece knife block set
Available by Amazon (£ 699)
Identify a Knife set From a distance is a little more difficult than a colored blender, but luckily I am a professional with eagle eyes and can confirm that the Wüsthof knife block for series 16 is back.
These knives have been used so far every season of baking, and according to what I can judge, the 7-part set was preserved, the two shoe knife, a utility knife, a bread knife, a cook knife and the hone of steel as well as a few kitchen trayers.
A similar looking knife set is also available Zwilling (£ 359)If you want a cheaper alternative.
