The FDA announces a call back to 7up soda due to incorrect setting
The US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has announced a callback for selected doses from null-Sugar 7UP-SODA Because instead they contain unintentionally full sugar soda. Due to this labeling error, more than 1,950 cases of 7um -tropics -Soda with 7up -Null -zucker -Soda were called back.
The soda was first called back on July 31 by its manufacturer Buffalo Rock Company Inc. The FDA classified the recall as Class IIWhich means that drinking the soda can “lead to temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences” on August 20.
How to identify the returned 7um -Soda
To determine whether you have one of the almost 2,000 cases of 7up called back, you would like to search for 12-fluid-iruminum doses with 7-up tropical soda in a box, which is called a 7UP-soda with a tropical taste of 7Up. The cans have the UP78000037975 and the cardboard boxes have the UP7 078000037982.
The recalled cases of 7up -Null -zucker -Tropen -Soda were distributed in three countries: Alabama, Florida and Georgia.
What to do if you have the 7up called back
It is not clear whether the soda was sold to the public or was called back before going on the shelves. But when it was sold, it is probably no more on the shelves when the Buffalo Rock Company published the recall at the end of July.
If you have the soda called back and someone who monitors or control sugar intake for medical reasons, it may not be sure to consume it. While the can claims that the soda is “sugar -free”, the soda is actually the tropical version with full sugar 7up with 38 grams of sugar.
If you monitor your sugar, you should throw away the soda or return to the original purchase location in order to receive a complete reimbursement or an exchange.
If you are not someone who monitors his sugar, you don’t necessarily have to do something about this recall. The 7 -up -Soda was called back due to a labeling error and not because it is naturally uncertain to consume. However, if you want to prefer the soda you want to buy, you can return the soda to the original purchase location to get a complete reimbursement or an exchange.
