Basa fillet with garlic, spring onions and paprika butter
Melt the butter in the pan over medium heat. As soon as it foams, stir the spring onions and the garlic with a small pinch of salt and a few turns of black pepper. Let it boil for 1-2 minutes, then sprinkle in peppers and stir well for 30 seconds to combine. Pour over the fish and serve with rice or potatoes and vegetables.
