10 summer pages that you can do with 5 ingredients or less

One of my preferred side dishes in summer is a Caprese salad. With sweet, lush tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, aromatic basil and Good olive oil of good quality (No balsamic vinegar here!), I can serve an outstanding side dish that only requires a few simple ingredients. This is the beauty of summer and the products it brings – if the fruits and vegetables are as good as they are, they really don’t need much to get them to shine.

In the following we have compiled a list of 10 recipes -including the beloved Caprese -for which five or less ingredients are required (without pantry foods such as salt and olive oil). Think of salads, roasted and air -rated vegetables and even some fried potatoes. You won’t want summer to come over without doing at least one of them.
