Combine the dried yeast and magic sugar with warm water, stir well and let it leave it to foamy for 5 minutes. Tip into the simple flour, salt and olive oil. Mix with a wooden spoon or use a dough hook and a Blender. Knead for 10 minutes until they are smooth and shiny. Cover and let yourself rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours. Punch the dough slightly for emptying, bring them back into a ball, then put them in a slightly oiled container and put them aside in the fridge to the need. Will remain cool for up to three days.
