The fifth episode in 5 o’clock -Apron -Podcast hears Claire next to the main -ballerina from the Royal Ballet, Yasmine Naghdi. Yasmine is everything (and more) that Claire could have expected from a ballerina: confident and balanced, and she is a wonderful cook.

Yasmine’s roots are Belgian and Persian, but she is a born and bred South London. From the age of 11 she visited the Royal Ballet School and danced through the rows to the top of the institution. You await her first child later this year and plans to resign again next year.

Claire and Yasmine meet in the House of Yasmine’s parents and immediately the couple begin to clean shells, pick herbs and chop garlic. Yasmine is an meticulous and passionate cook that Claire teaches her way to make her favorite noodle dish, linguine spongole.
